An integrated technology platform that provides in-stream access to operational data from the multiple systems and vendors used to manage today's complex trials. Complementary to many popular technology solutions, such as EDC and IVR, Dataflow Manager™ empowers clinical-trial sponsors to rapidly and effectively harmonize trialwide data despite disparate systems, different formats, multiple vendors, and far-reaching geographical parameters.

Dataflow Manager™ is a comprehensive clinical data tracking and integration framework that enables the delivery of PharmaPros Electronic Data Lifecycle Management (eDLM) Services. Using the study protocol and data requirements, Dataflow Manager™ is configured to map trial data through an "expected data schedule." This information may comprise regulatory documentation, subject registries, electronic data captured at sites, central laboratories, medical imaging, patient reported outcomes, electronic medical records, or other electronic data source ... or agents as required by the individual trial.

Principled on a federated search, Dataflow Manager executes context-intelligent queries against the data agents and presents the in-stream operational status of a trial through a central interface, eliminating the need to seek information inside each individual data capture system, and enabling a holistic management of the study.

The purpose of Dataflow Manager™ is not to create a central warehouse of clinical data or provide another data capture technology, but to optimize the use of these systems in managing clinical trial data by providing in-stream access to the operational intelligence regardless of the number of sources/systems that may be used to manage the trial.

Data-driven:
Dataflow Manager™ is a data-driven system that is principled on eliminating redundant information and interpreting essential operational data directly from multiple study sources employed throughout the study. By minimizing the need to enter study events that are already apparent from the data sources, study managers are able to rely on the accuracy of the study status.

Zero IT Footprint:
Dataflow Manager is offered as Software as a Service meaning that all the essential technical challenges related to data source integration and study configuration are provided by PharmaPros as a technical startup. This eliminates the need for the sponsor's IT department to negotiate integration with third party vendors as well as the routine administration and maintenance of the system.

ServicesonDemand:
Complimentary to the technology itself, PharmaPros offers a variety of clinical data lifecycle management services to augment our clients study team and reduce administration overhead related to managing the electronic data. These services include third party vendor management such as imaging and central labs, general data reconciliation and reporting, data delivery to CRO/Sponsor companies, trial management, fullservice data management and custom consulting.

SaaS:
Dataflow Manager™ is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) where configuration, hosting, and validation are performed by PharmaPros to eliminate the negotiation and setup of data access to these external disparate systems where these source data of interest reside. Clients are billed for actual usage of the Dataflow Manager™ environment and specific modules as required.
