Agnostic Technology Integration

PharmaPros has developed the most sophisticated data integration capabilities in the industry, enabling it to be technology agnostic, and interoperable with any eClinical technology. Built upon a Cloud Computing model, Dataflow Manager uses web services to acquire information across disparate systems, without the need to integrate point-to-point. For those systems not yet able to deliver data through the web, such as some labs or imaging centers, automated data loading functionalities are available within the application.

Automated Study Management

Automation is a primary feature of what makes Dataflow Manager scalable and easy to configure. Once the
study database is complete, Dataflow Manager imports the study visit schedule and associated data expectation through Enterprise Adapter, automatically configuring the structure of the Study Plan feature of the application. Users can then enter the target dates for study milestones and analysis targets. With the Study Plan complete, Dataflow Manager then automatically tracks the progress of the study, sites, subjects, and form level observations against the Study Plan expectation, providing a real-time view of study progress to all study team members. In addition, Dataflow Manager provides automated alerts to study team members notifying them of missing or late data, events, or documents that need to be addressed in order to meet the next milestone.

With an integrated view of study information, and automated tracking of study progress, study teams can collaborate and work proactively to meet timelines and milestones based upon one holistic view of study progress.
