System Implementation
Dataflow Manager is implemented through our DFM Enterprise and DFM OnDemand solution models.  In each case, the client’s selected source systems are connected and configured to deliver in-stream operational information through Dataflow Manager™.   See Solutions for more information>>

Study Configuration
Once the system implementation is complete, Dataflow Manager is configured for use by each study. Using PharmaPros’ proprietary eDLM methodology, PharmaPros’ expert team works with study teams to evaluate and document the Data Lifecycle Plan (DLP) including study timelines, targets, and milestones, along with workflow, metrics and reporting requirements.  Using the DLP, PharmaPros technology team configures Dataflow Manager for automation.

Training

PharmaPros provides a variety of workshops and product training as a part of the start-up process to ensure clients understand not only how to use Dataflow Manager, but how to gain the maximum benefit of this first-in-class product.   PharmaPros will work with any client to design a customer-specific training session upon request.

Dataflow Manager clients can access technical support through PharmaPros Customer Support Hotline and/or electronically.
